    Available in most grocery stores. I drink three cups of this tea morning noon and night…also as suggested above….WATER!!! You’ll be fine by bedtime if you follow this procedure.

  8. Lots of water a greasy hamburger(I know the burger sounds crazy but it does make you feel better) A mental not, if after a night of drinking you drink 3 glasses of water before you go to bed, this helps out tremendously because the main reason you have a hang over is because of dehydration.
