I’m wondering what the best, healthiest, and most comfotable way to detox from alcohol. I know people will say go to AA and I have/to but am not yet comfortable asking such a question in a meeting.
abtain from drinking and look after youself eat well exersise, drink lots of water and lime juice as it clenses your liver and be good to your self and go do some volinteer work to help others and see what grog can do to others as well as your self .
I want to congratulate you first, for knowing you have a problem, accepting it and asking for help.
Start by avoiding places you used to go to drink, like clubs, parties, and even friends that encourage you to drink, let them know that you are trying to get better, they’ll repect you. If not, then maybe their not worthy of your friendship. Make yourself busy, work out, start playing sports, work, maybe you have a hobby that you use to like before you started drinking or make a new hobby. Whatever, to keep you busy and not think of drinking all the time. A change of lifestyle should do the trick. But if you really have a bad case, you should really join a program and ask for help from family and friends..

A Lot of PRAYING. GOOD Luck.. AA. I meet a women. That went to AA. She said it helped.. And, still dose.
