  1. Go natural… Drink spoiled milk or eat anything beyond the expiration date!

  2. Milk thistle is good. So is Red Clover. Water of course. Veggie juice such as tomato, celery, spinach, onion and garlic. Toss in half a lemon for a bit of a kick. Sprinkle black pepper into it, too.

Have you tried Honegar? 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 2 Tablespoons of Honey into an 8 ounce glass of warm water. Drink this three times a day until you have to pee a lot. Once you are peeing often (within 30 minutes of drinking, you have enough in your body).

Don’t forget a large fresh apple first thing in the morning. For some reason, this gets your system moving and quickly. Follow this with a large glass of water. This should be your breakfast, or at least, before your regular breakfast. This can be done as a part of a healthy lifestyle change, meaning daily for the rest of your life if you wanted.

Water and fresh vegetable juices or fruit juices are good. If you have specific liver problems, consult a herbalist.

  4. Just do nothing. Your body knows how to “detox” itself. If your body actually retained toxins, you would be very ill if not dead. These detox programs and diets are nonsense, there is no evidence that they have any health benefit, and no evidence that these unidentified “toxins” even exist. Of course if you have lost kidney function, dialysis is what you need.

  5. Ling Zhighi great for cleaning but makes you hungry. Lemon in water. Apple cider vinegar. Buy Collin Cleanse. Water for the lie to repair the damage from Alcohol. Pomagrant juice & Goji Barries.

Steam distilled water with lemon juice and just a pinch of cayenne. Make a lot and drink it all day long. The apple cider vinegar is a good suggestion too, great for everything, just make sure you rinse your mouth after taking it cause it can be hell on the teeth.

And anything that makes you…. go. Diuretics like dandelion root and alfalfa for number 1 and lots of fiber for number 2.

  9. this is all a scam and there is no such thing as a liver detox. I challenge you to find 1 article in 1 medical journal that supports any substance as a detox to the liver. It has never been proven.
