i usually go about 2 or 3 days,
and you lose ALOT.

fasting is actually REALLY hard, but it works amazingly.
dont eat too much afterwards tho, or first of all youll gain it all back, and youll also get majorly sick.
slowly go back onto food, like ruits n veggies for a day, light meals the next, and then you can try to eat normally.
